Frank Cugini - President / CEO 
Frank is one of the original Synergy Soup partners and the most prolific animator in Mid-Michigan for over 10 years. He is an avid golfer and the developer of the 3D Golf Course Web Design TM concept. His expertise in 3D Graphics and Web Design are the backbone of Synergy Links. 

John Spearow - Senior Art Director: 
John has been a leader at Synergy Soup and has been in the advertising industry for over 10 years. His designs have helped Synergy soup continue it's excellence in design. 

Elijah Degen - Project/Production Manager: 
Elijah is a vital part of Synergy Soup's programming team and oversees all of our HTML, Java and other web based programming needs. His skills as a project manager are a vital part of why we deliver on-time and on budget every time. 

Eric Tabor - 3D Production / Animator: 
Eric is a very talented 3D animator and great leader. He oversees our 3D modeling and animation staff. He has proven to be a vital part of our management team. 

Alicia Hoiles - Staff Copywriter: 
Alicia joined Synergy Soup in early 1998 as our staff copywriter. She also brings over four years experience as an assistant to a golf professional in the Kalamazoo, MI area. Her understanding of the golf industry has been a valuable resource for Synergy Links.
